How to draft a will for partition of house between children?

I have a house on my name for which I have conveyance deed. I want to make a will and want to share floor wise parts of this house to my sons. Is it possible to make a floor wise will on basis of conveyance deed. If my sons will be able to transfer their floors on thier name after my death. Kindly share the process
