How to change registered address of office from one state to another?

Hello Sir/Madam i have one family trust, for which i want to change the regd.office address form one state to other, what is the procedure.Please guide me.
Pass a resolution, send its 3 copies to the Registrar and also get the fresh copy of trust deed incorporated therein with changed address.
