How to challenge probate certificate

My religion is HINDU. My younger brother made WILL of my uncle without our intimation.Uncle had no child and aunty also died one year before his death.My father also died before uncles death.Now he want my uncle part(Hissa) from our land.My uncle was died in 2015 and WILL made on 2005 and affidavit by lawyer with 2 witness but not yet registered.Now he is went to court for getting PROBATE certificate.Now we challenge but we are scared if he will get Probate. Please note our land is ancestral land and we are total 6 (3 sister and 3 brother).We all of 5 now against with younger brother & he mention in WILL that he was Upbringing him bcoz he was staying with him in village. Your advise is welcome for us.
your brother has already filed a probate petition against which you have been served notice being the legal heir. you can raise your issues/ objections in the matter by filing your reply to petition. the court shall not grant the probate untill he thinks that the will is authentic.
