How much time does it take for charity registration

I registered Amulya Sevak as Trust and Society on 8.12.16. Can you pl let me know as to how much time the Charity Commissioner for registration? Can I place Donation Box at shops before registration is done?
It takes an average of 30 days for a charity registration application to be processed. It will take longer if you have not supplied all of the information we need to make a decision, eg: a signed trustee declaration.
