I m a resident of noida having property in ghaziabad and Gurgaon. Can I register my will in noida for these properties?
Registration of Will has nothing to do with the situation of the properties . It can be registered at the place where executor resides.
So if you are residing in Noida you can register the Will in Noida with the proof of your residence in Noida irrespective of the fact that the properties are in places other than Noida.
