Grandfather writing Will in favour of one child can other object

my grandfather has two sons and two daughters. one daughter and one son was died. 1st son has two sons and one daughter second son has one son. now my grandfather wants to write veelunama against all of his property in favor of my aunt is this valid under the law??

Assuming that your grandfather is a Hindu, If it is a self acquired by your grandfather then he has a complete right to dispose off the property in a manner he wish to. He can make a will for his property to be distributed as mentioned in the will after his death. But if the property is an ancestral property then the property will be distributed according to the Hindu Succession Act.
