Difference between Will and Testament

I wanted to know that is there any difference between Will and Testament or it is used interchangeably? I noticed in many places, it is written like "My Last Will and Testament". Thank you in advance.
Sir, as per ur quarry testament means a written document legal in which he wishes to dispose his property as his desire after dieand will is also desires of person for disposal of his self earn property oral or written rest on VI's a vise
