Clarification of validity of unregistered will.

Sir/ madam.my grandmother has 5 sons and 2 daughters .She had died in the year 2013 without making any willabout her property.now my uncle's daughter is creating and planning to occupy total property on her name by creating forged will document (bond paper-100/-)which is not registered .So please advice will the unregistered will has valid or not

In India, registration of Wills is not compulsory. A Will is not a compulsorily register-able document under section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908, (Act), and according to section 18 (e) it is the testator's choice as to whether he wishes to register it. So unless you prove it by any other means that document is forged, it can be executed validly.
