Clarification if same will has been repeated after gift deed

Hi, Will there be any reason why a person is making a will to the same person for the same property after having valid gift deed 5 years back? Will there be any dispute.
if the gift deed and the Will is for the same person (in favour of the same person) then there cannot be any dispute. in case there is a gift deed which is valid for 5 years and the person dies before it then the if the will is silent on this aspect of gift deed then a dispute can arise.

Not necessary to make will once it is gifted to some one. The donee has no right on any property once gifts to somebody. Such will is of no use. I donot know why he is making will. .
