Will prima facie forged has been produced in company tribunal . Propounders not seeking probate of will on the ground probate of will not mandatory in Rajasthan . What case to be filed for getting this will cancelled .
Hi. Appropriate proceedings for cancellation of the Will has to be filed in an appropriate and competent court havings jurisdiction to decide the subject of the Will or depending upon the last residence of the deceased.
