can we register a will after the death of the person? the person is dead. how do we go about now.
it is law after the demise of the testaor the beneficiary can get the register will from the concerned sub registrar at his own presence and also two witnesses who is already witnesses in the will.
it is very clear here the presence of beneficiary and two witnesses is must
