Can sole executer be a beneficiary of unregistered will

My brother has executed a will and made my sister as a sole executer who is also a benificiry of the same will .is it right
If Hindu Law applies to the Will then yes a beneficiary can certainly be its sole executor. The Will should however be validly made with all its prerequisites. Further, she may also need to apply for a probate or a letters of administration.
