Can ancestral property be claimed when grandparents alive

My grandmother makes a wills in which she made me nominee for 15 katha land. Now she make a new wills in which she also mention a new nominee and the new nominee is my step sister. Without told me my grandmother change the wills paper. Who should I claim for the property?

Venerated Sir,
As per law the Testator last will should be the final will which would be binding to all shares holder and will cannot be disclosed to anyone. It totally depends upon the testator to give his property to legatee as per his wish. Under law if property belongs to ancestral property then you can challenge your shares as per legal heirs. then you can claim you share irespective of WILL....
she can make WILL for her share only she can not make WILL for whole share ....
In order to claim your share you can file partition suit and claim your share...
