Can a beneficiary be a witness in the Will?

Yes, a beneficiary can be a witness the Will as well.

But it advised that a witness to a Will shouldn't benefit from the will. This could create a conflict of interest if the person is called on to testify about the Will's validity.

Please also note that some states actually disqualify beneficiary witnesses.
