whether Will can be executed on photocopy of notrised Will, as the original will is destroyed. whether letter of administration is granted on photocopy of notrised Will and which court has jurisdiction over a will.

No, will cannot be executed on photocopy of the notarised Will
At present Will has to be registered which is mandatory
Any how your notarised Will had no any substance cannot be enforceable

No court is admitting the photo copy of the Will, provided if the testator is alive, then the concerned beneficiaries approach the testator and get another will on the same terms and get registered at Sub-Registrar office and can be executed after the death of the testator.
