Buying someone's ancestral property is it legal

Can I purchase a land who got that property from his father by means of will. His father is died and he is not yet married. Is it right to buy it .my question is , is there any problem in future with after he got married, and got children. Because grand children's will have the rights on the property na. Pls help in this

A property obtained by WILL does not come under category ancestral property.
So the person is free to dispose of the property in whatsoever manner he deems fit.
However the person who is claiming to have obtained property by WILL should get the probate/letter of administration issued by the court (Probate/Letter of administration is a process to prove that the WILL is genuine.)
