Barred from selling property obtained by will till a certain age

My grandfather will says that me and my brother don't able to sell our share in property till age of 30 years .At present my age is 25 and my brother is 23 .Is it is possible for us to sell our property? Is yes ,how?
No it is not possible as the property is inherited by you and your brother, also, as there is a clause mentioned explicitly in the will of your Grandfather that you both are barred from selling away the said property.
