Aunt took my grandmothers Will what can we do in this situation

Its a will that concerns my grandmother's house. She died. My aunt took the house papers and she is not giving papers back. What can we do in this situation?
As per your query, if it was an ancestral property then you can ask for your mother's share in the property and if it was a self acquired property but your grandmother died intestate then also you can file an application in the court to claim your mother's share.
