Fraud with pan card case pending in service tax department what to do

i was an authorized service center for Panasonic Sub Contractor.In F-Y 2013-14 company has given me a total amount Rs. 700000/--Same amount is also mention in manual form 16A issued by company. but in my pan card 26AS Amount Was Showing 11,82,21,961/- after discussion & revise now it is 3525958/-. Service tax department is asking me to deposit service tax @14% on amount 3525958/-Rs with interest & penalties. Presently i'm a defaulter in Service tax department What Should Id Do Because This Matter Is Pending From Last 2 year. What kind of legal action i should take

You can take action against Panasonic and/or ask them to bear the additional tax burden. This can be done by sending a legal notice through an Advocate.

You should immediately pursue the matter with service tax department to avoid any harsh orders. Please hire a CA or a lawyer to do the needful on your behalf.
