Do I have to pay corporation tax for small shop

i have a small pan dabba on municipal place fron 50 years.no door number for that.but corporation tax is, is it legal
Yes. You will need to corporation tax. but ask municipal authorities to tax you at temporary structure rates and not at RCC or Asbestos roof building rates. Because corporation tax for small, temporary structures will be around Rs500 per annum only.
