Clarification regarding payment of tax for registered flat

I am from Bangalore.My query is with respect to property tax payment.My flat was registered on 24th March 2016.So Do I have to pay the tax for FY 2015-2016?? If yes, then is it for all 12months or pro-rated basis??
Hi, You can pay property tax for FY 2015-2016 now with condone the delay. But you do not have to pay for all 12 months of FY 2015-2016. You can approach tax lawyer along with property document for tax filing.
