Yes, you may file your case in person in Supreme Court. There is no bar on any person filing a case in Supreme Court in-person so you may file your case and you will be heard.

There is no restriction on filing a suit in person. It can be done at the registry or through e filing. The Court fees in case of e filing should be paid through on line payment.
A person represented by counsel or Advocate on record has no right to appear in person. However where the filing is done In person the person filing it may appear before the Court.

You can file , appear and argue your case in supreme court of india in person.There is no restriction in this regard . However as per supreme court rules, you shall have to seek permission from the Supreme court to appear and argue in person. That application will be considered by the registrar and if he is satisfied that you can argue your case properly without assistance of an advocate, your case wil be listed before the Court.The lohic is that often litigants appear and argue in their regional languages. Wheteas the official language of supreme court is english.it is however better to have an advocate for your oen benefit.
