Need information about limit of creamy layer in obc

hlw sir sir my father is a govt employee (teacher) which comes under class 2 employee sir obc creamy layer limit is 6 lacs but i heard about a clause that if a father is a govt emloyee not of class 1 than they will not be included in creamy layer sir i want to know about law as i want to take admission in college with obc-ncl rank in iit jee
