Need help on interim order

Can you please say whether according to this interim order passed by supreme court whether CBSE is allowed to publish results ? The order states. that "It is clarified that the declaration of the result and admission shall be subject to the decision of these special leave petitions
As per their order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, CBSE is allowed to publish the results. There is no stay in publishing the results. The only point which the Court clarified was that the publication of result is subject to outcome of the petition.

The cbse can file the results along with an application before supreme court in sealed cover. Thereafter if the court orders to publish the same it can publish. Thus as there is stay by supreme court cbse can't publish the results.
