How to change MLA constituency from reserved "SC" ward to general ward. Please guide to file a case in court /raise compliant in Election office Rdgs.

The reservation of constituency will be done in rotation and after 10 years the rotation will happen depending on different factors. If your constituency is been under the reserved category for more than 10 years, you can approach the EC or file a writ in the High Court/Supreme Court as it violates the fundamental rights of a candidate coming under general cateogry to contest in that constituency.
