In the appointment order it is mentioned "Contractual appointment order" If not what is remedy left for the aggrieved. In the botton of appt order it is written "Subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction"
You do have remedy to move to educational tribunal established in the local jurisdiction....if you do have any urgency you can move to high court through writ petition..no contractual clause can limit the jurisdiction of a Court
