Is it mandatory to submit income statement to file a PIL

In light of your above statement, I would like to inform you that you are not mandated to file a income statement which filing a PIL. You can just file it depending upon the cause you are supporting.

Where do you get this requirement of filing income statement with PIL. Did any court registry ask for it? It is not mandatory and you can always furnish whatever best documents that you have including bank statements

Not only has the court observed that any person in public interest an approach the court under article 32,the court also held that it would not in deserving cases insist that the petitions are filed strictly as per the rules laid down by the court,but it wold respond to even a letter written to it by a member of the public acting pro bono publico.So it is not mandatory for you to file income statement before filing a PIL in Supreme Court.
