This is a little vague query, you have have worked in Lic as temporary employee in 1994 in class 3 for 84 days. Did you make any representation, did you pursue your case? If you did not you are barred by limitation the court will ask what were you doing since then
Nevertheless you can file a writ ass per your matter and collected evidence to see that whether you still have chances

workmen who were employed by LIC of India between the period from 20.05.1985 to 04.03.1991 and satisfying the conditions as per the above award only are eligible for apply. The workmen, who have been appointed by following the procedure under the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960 or any other instructions issued by the Corporation from time to time only will be considered. The temporary Class III employees who have worked for 85 days in any two calendar years with the Corporation between 20th May 1985 and 04.03.1991 and who conformed to the required eligibility criteria for regular appointment on the dates of their initial temporary appointment will be considered. so the person is not eligible for the job. not eligible as the year for regularisation of employees is from 1985 to 1991 and you were an employee in 1994 and worked for 84 days instead of 85.
