There follow-up requirements will depend upon the kind of activity you undertake. The common follow-up compliance relates to obtaining, PAN, service tax registration, if required, VAT registration, if required, etc.

The legal documentation / agreements will be as per the business activity. Typically, you may require service contracts, vendor contracts, co-founders' agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, T&C of the website, etc.
