What documentation required for starting a drive in cinema for free

I want to start an open drive-in cinema in Ludhiana. There would be no charges involved. Do i need obtain any clearance for it? There is already a similar cinema running in vizag. What all do i need to start this?
Please take note of following -
1. You are required to comply with the company and corporate laws of India.
2. You are required to comply with the tax laws of India.
3. You are required to comply with the air laws and water laws and laws and regulations related to land use as per the local municipality of the area.
4. Over to this, it is also required from your side to comply with graphic and content laws (entertainment laws) of India.
