Want to start an online store what agreements do I need

hi I have doubt i am looking to start a website which local vendors are selling their products or service in my website which they already selling at offline store so what are legal documents and activities i should do between vendor and website when they adding their business to my website. e.g: a grocery store want add to my website so what are the document he should give to me to start business in my website by legal means what documents and numbers i should ask him to remove legal issues please replay me soon waiting
