Traning Institute to provide certificate - Is license needed

Hey Hi, I open one training firm in which we are teaching embedded tranning, I take shop act licence fot this , can I provide certificate on my institute name for this traning or I need any other licence before providing certificate.
Providing certification of completion of training or a course with the institute logo or stamp is valid. However this is not to be considered as a certification such as that given by ISI, AGMARK, ISO, etc. It is a simple certificate on your institute's name.
