There is no legal entity like corporate co-operative. You may choose between Private limited company, LLP, Partnership Firm. Each type of entity has its pro & cons. It will also depend upon the fact that are you seeking funding & divestment. Other important factors include taxation, liabilities, compliances amongst other things. Long term planning is required and accordingly a legal entity should be incorporated. For detailed discussion on factors you must choose from before you choose kind of legal entity, you may meet me.
