Procedure to rent car without showing it is commercial

23-Dec-2023 (In Startup Law)
My main motive is to earn profit on renting car without having to change my licence plate to yellow. So please provide the feasibility of the idea i have thought Lets take an example of three people A, B & C. If C want to rent out the car of A, and A want his car lience plate to be retained to white so he will show that he is earing no profit on this deal take just the cost of wear and tear from C. Now if A involve his good friend B, And let B rent out his car to C, then B can earn profit on the service he is providing and A can still show he is not in profit by only accepting monry of wear and tear from B and retain his license plate to white.

It is unclear from your query as to when you can provide your car to C and show your earnings as wear and tear, what is the need to involve B. The disclaimer is that I would not suggest you to do something illegal. A business proposition has to be within the cnfines of law. However, the feasibility of a business plan can be confidentially discussed and deliberated.

What you are suggesting by say of your example is fraud in terms of criminal laws of this country. Please get it one thing straight in your mind if you are trying to dupe the government from your act of hide and seek you are nothing more than a crime. Maybe you will remain hidden for sometime but not for all time. And one day when you will be caught by the government then you will be penalized for the entire period of time from the day so ventured out this hide and seek game and not just for that particular day.
Moreover any money earned by anyone by any source has to has some accountability and that has to be audited otherwise its straight and simple a black money.
If you want to do this business do as per the law or else don't do it. If you are still interested in working on this project on your suggested idea then be assured that one day for you are going to jail.

Going through your proposed business plan, it appears it will require substantial review of the related laws.

Having said that, prima facie it appears that though you wish to cloth the proposed transaction under the ambit of wear and tear, however, the underlying transaction would look in the nature of rental.

Therefore, subject to a detailed review of the relevant laws, it appears that the proposed business would become liable to scrutiny under the relevant vehicle laws as falling under the ambit of car rental

Hope the above is helpful.
