While getting the company registration done only requires hiring an advocate and a CA a lot depend upon under which category you wish to do your business. What is the aim behind having a company of your own. Based on that all the licenses and documentation are taken and prepared.
As far as merely getting a company registration is required then you need to have PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, DSC, one passport size photo and one address proof of all such people who are going to become directors of that company.

The process of registration would primarily involve the following:
1. decide on the structuring i.e, either a one person company, private ltd. or public company
2. Decide on name of the company- check availability
3. Preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association
4. DIN no. for the directors
5. Digital signatures for the directors
6. Details of name, date of birth, address proof, ID proof, PAN and adhar numbers of the proposed directors
7. Filing of necessary e-forms for the registration on the MCA website
8. Obtain certificate of commencement of business
8. Obtain PAN number for the company
9. Registration under GST
10. other local registrations, as may be applicable
