Dear queriest,

There are special legislation which could bring alot of velocity to your startup by the new startup policy. However, a startup is not treated any differently that any legal entity as a company in India. You could incorporate the company and comply with all the rules and regulations applicable to you and you would be playing it "legally safe".
You could contact us to get clarity and the laws you need to be compliant with to run your successfully startup journey.

You need to describe at what stage your start up is. Have you established a place of business and an entity already? Your entire road map for the structuring and the cost involved will depend on your business plan and the product/ services you wish to propagate. Do share more information.

Now we are a law firm with onboard CA,CS and lawyers including IP experts and we are in a position to solve your problems from scratch as we have done in the past. But at the onset the information you posted is not good enough.
Reasons:
1-Please clarify is your startup a legal entity as of now or is yet to get incorporated.
2- Essential papers will largely depend on your POA and execution of the same
3- Legal costs are generally not that high and to become safe it will cost you anywhere in the range of 1 to 2 lacs
There are two ways which are economic
A- you go with experts like us and get custom advice and get the solutions as when needed where costs are kept low considering status of your statrup
B- Saving the costs and get generalized solutions and get caught up in the mess at a later stage

Assume a proposition
i-EULA: End user license agreeements(SAS-software as service or SAP-software or product)
ii-NDA: Non-disclosure agreements
iii-client service provider agreement
iv-employer-employer agreement
v-technical agreements relating to protocols relating to software of SoCs

All these must be made as per your operation any generalized stuff will take you to pitfalls though not now when you are new but at a later stage when it hurts yo more.
You can get back to us at your free will
