I am planning to start a sports venture in Pune. I want to start a football ground on the terrace of a shopping mall. I will be using Artificial Grass for the same and the ground will be enclosed in Nets. I don't want to get into any sort of trouble tomorrow and so want to know about all the license and permissions required from the Mall Owner's end and what all licence and permissions will I need to operate the ground.
No, you don’t need any licenses for development of a football ground. However you should definitely get in touch with the Mall owner as there are many such establishments in Mumbai and Kolkata.
