Make them the directors of the company and just give them 1% of the company shares. After which you could limit there scope to of work by passing a board resolution after the company is incorporated. Do let me know if you need assistance for company incorporation.

You can have a Memorandum of Understanding in between your partners in relation to the specific products in which you wanted to give them a say, rights and shares of profit.
You should specifically mention in that MOU that no other rights are available to your partner over and above what is written in the MOU. It should clearly reflect that your partners have been brought on board only because of specific work mentioned in the MOU.
This MOU shall be in between the company and your partner and not in between you and your partner.
