Sir, me and my friends are doing a startup. Its online marketing project, share is dividing into 6 equal partners.. What should we do to legally make it confidential.. And please give more advice to needed to run group company.

- Register the partnership firm
- Enter into non-disclosure agreement for ensuring the retaining of the confidential information.
Also, Group companies are used as branding strategies for marketing the companies under a group.
