Please get in touch with a CA/CS to get your company registered with concerned ROC. Process is simple. Certain Documents will be required from you. A check for company name is done and thereafter MOA, AOA etc of company are drafted/filed.

Entire process usually takes 4-6 weeks. Fee is not very high & nominal.

This will take approx two to three weeks to complete the paper work and the. Apply at MCA for incorporation. You need to get your charter documents drafted and stamped, procure DINS, fill all the application forms, obtain director declarations and then Apply for registration. There are a whole list of documents required. Primarily you need the details of the directors of the DIN number and the details of the premises where you would be setting up the office.
The process should take a little less than a month.

you need to apply to the Registrar of Companies. for this you need to have in place the memorandum and articles of association, the directors, all the forms filled up and signed by the proposed directors with ID proof. all the documents along with the fee will have to be filed with the RoC for scrutiny and they will let you know of additional documents to be filed. the entire process takes about 2-3 months.
