A lot of legal processes are taken into account at the time of importing a goods from outside. From the point of government it becomes mandatory to look for the compliance of KYC norms, anti-money laundering standards, combating of financial terrorism and obligations of Bank under PMLA, 2002. So before I explain any further details of this subject I need to know the types of goods being imported to India, parties involved in it, their stake in it and claims thereto, original owner of the imported goods and so on. Otherwise it's almost impossible to clarify this subject with such a little information available at one's hand.
