Conflict between co founders what can I do

Number of cofounders(also directors):4 No investor Startup registered in:Delhi Startup registered since:February, 2016 All cofounders are working from the start Issue:3 cofounders want the other one to leave but the 4th cofounder doesn't want to leave. There is no vesting schedule in place. There never was a cofounders agreement made. If the fourth cofounder doesn't leave the rest three have threatened to make a new company on exact same business plan and using the technology developed in current company. There is no patent of any sort. What is the advice for the fourth cofounder.
On the assumption that the startup was incorporated as a private limited under the Companies Act the incorporation documents like MoA & AoA would have to be legally vetted before commenting on the matter.
