Can we incorporate two start up under one name

Legally it is very much possible to run and operate two ventures from one company. The company only acts as a business entity under whose name the multiple business can operate. However, carrying out two ventures from single entity may pose certain challenges if you intend to raise external funding for one of them. The investors typically prefer that entity which they are funding runs only the venture that they intend to fund and may not permit the company to use the funds invested in any other business being run by the company. Therefore, if you intend to raise external funding for one or both the idea (ventures) and in case both the ventures are not related or complimentary to each other, then incorporating a new company for each venture may be better.

Dear owner as I can understand u hav 2 ideas nd want to execute the same thru startup . .. yes u can hav both ideas executed under one startup name depending on the nature of work if it's a technical work than xyz technologies...or u can also hav 2 different startup with separate identity..choice is all urs nd that depends on the volume of work nd revenue expectation..?
In my advice it doesn't matter abt the idea nemore as ideas emerge nd die...but concentrate on executing the idea 1st and than plan for paper work nd start up..rather than focus on having 2 diff startups nd later face difficulty in operating both
