Can online platform to sell medicines without license

A startup is planning to aggregate the local chemists under one platform and the local vendor will deliver the medicines according to the consumers convenience.Following are the queries Do they need to have a medical license even if they don't own or sell any medicines? What all legal liabilities does the service provider(startup) should be aware of? Thank you Regards
It is required for you to be a fully license and regulated pharmacy to be a startup in the field of medicine.
Also it is required that whosoever is the seller at your website is a licensed pharmacist.
You can't sell any medicine without getting the prescription which has been issued by a doctor of that field or domain.
More than these it is also required you to comply the laws of Contract, IT and technology, Environment, Industrial, IPR and others.

It is preferred if you have a licensed chemist on your payroll. However, with the current aggregation model it should be specified to the consumer that you are not the one who is supplying the medicines; the local chemist is.
This would reduce liability claims and make a legally sound foundation for your business.
