Wrong evaluation of answersheet can I go to the High Court for my case

I've completed my B.Com this year. I got 56 in one paper.I applied for and got xerox copy of answersheet from the Univ. But in that paper I should get 82(my professors said that to me when they saw the paper). I want revaluation of my answer sheet.Can I go to High Court?

Yes you may approach the High Court by way of a Writ Petition. However, first you should file an RTI Application requiring copies of the question paper, your answer sheet and the answer scheme. Based on such information make a representation to your university. If the action taken by the university is unsatisfactory, then you may approach the High Court.
