What to do in case of service not provided by online portal

I wants to say that I have ordered for Philips Trimmer QT 4011/15 worth Rs 1756 on 12 Jan, 2017 in red colour but you have sent me Philips trimmer QT 4000/15 worth Rs 989 in blue colour on 18 Jan, 2017. I have registered complaint regarding wrong product received immediately. You have completed your reverse pickup on 21 Jan instead of 20 Jan and provided me a reverse pickup slip already filled and even customer sign was done by courier person. Again, instead of accepting the mistake , your escalation team directly blamed me that your used this product once as we have got some tiny hairs on it. I clearly stated that I haven't used that product still they directly blamed me in rude voice and told me that we are sending your product back . And now you have sent me an empty parcel instead of trimmer. This is a planning by snapdeal to make customer fool.

You may go for a police complaint at your local police station or you may also file a case under Consumer Protection Law at District Consumer Court of your area and claim your money back along with some compensation. You may approach my office if you still want to discuss the matter in details.
