School denied admission without any reason what action can I take

My brother is studying in a school from 4th std. Now he has passed sslc exam with 327 marks. We opted for 3rd group in the same school but they are denying for admission without any reason.. What is the legal action I can take against this
If the school is a government school then you can file a RTI application to get the eligibility criteria that is required to take admission in the school. If your brothers fall under such criteria, you can file case against the authority of the school regarding such rejection of admission.
