How to file an RTI for Tamil Nadu state govt

14-May-2023 (In R.T.I Law)
Sir/Madam, This week I travelled in SETC bus for which I have booked the ticket through online so I thought that it is not necessary to take a hard copy of the ticket as it is mentioned as e-ticket and also it has been never mentioned that I should take a hard copy of the ticket but the conductor forced me to provide a hard copy.I don't know why I should provide a hard copy for an e-ticket and also what can I do? I have also planned to file an RTI asking the govt for the need of this.Could you please help me by explaining in detail about where and how to file an RTI for tamilnadu state govt for this issue as I am completely unaware of it.

Dear Sir,
Filing a RTI just serves the puprose of asking a question. You will be asking a question whether hard copy is required or not. The answer will be Yes or No only. If the driver insisted on hard copy, you will be having the route number travel date and time and the seat booked etc.

Only option available with you if to file a legal notice to the TN Transport authority asking for damages and filing a civit suit for the charges

RTI does not serve any purpose
