Respected sirs, Is information received through RTI Act-2005 is valid acceptable legal document proof/evidence in court proceedings? if yes clear the doubt. Thanking you in advance.
जी हाँ; आप आर टी आई एक्ट के अन्तर्गत प्राप्त सूचना को न्यायालय में साक्ष्य के रूप में प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं ।
किन्तु ध्यान रहे कि न्यायालय में इसकी सत्यप्रति (ट्रू-काॅपी) ही प्रस्तुत करें, छायाप्रति नहीं।

Ans: The documents received by Public Information Officer of a public office can be used as evidence as per the Indian Evidence Act. There is no difficulty in using said document in support of your evidence
