TO FIND OUT EVIDENCE OR COLLECT INFORMATION CAN I GET DETAILS THROUGH RTI ACT
EVIDENCE? It can be in the form of information, details, etc. You can approach concern authority for collecting the same. further, how the said information , details is useful to you its none of officers business. if he/she is liable to give the information /details under RTI Act, he /she has to give within 30 days. RTI means Right to Information Act so the main purpose of this section is to provide information to citizen by any public officer/Government officer.
